Houston Country Club Winter Wedding Design Inspo

Nicole was admittedly nervous to plan a winter wedding with a heavy emphasis on pink florals, but since it is her favorite color, she went for it anyway, and it turned out brilliantly!

Her Belle Events planner, Shelton Elwood, and the amazing folks at Secret Floral Garden truly brought her vision to life.

She said her “main inspiration was bright and happy and to make everyone feel included. The way the dance floor seating was set up as lounge seating was to make everyone feel included and also push people to the dance floor. Chelsea from secret floral did a fabulous job making the pink and orange work! I wanted this day to be bright and it was even better than I could have ever imagined.”

Bridal Look

“The gown, veil, and wedding dress wrap were all from Warren Barron Bridal store, and the dress designer was Reem Acra! My earrings were my mom’s from David Yurman, and my grandmother’s rosary was wrapped around my bouquet! It was very special for her to be there as a small part of my day, even though she has passed.”

Favorite Details

Nicole was so excited about the match boxes to add to her collection, and she was also elated with how the team at The Chocolate Llama was able to make the wedding cake design match the design of her dress so closely!

Advice for Future Brides

This sweet couple said, “Don’t take the process too seriously! It gets stressful, but it truly will all work out in the end and be the most special day. Choose vendors that you feel you have a connection with and can see your vision. We picked the best vendors based on who we thought we had the best connections with and they ALL did a fabulous job!”

Glenna and Aric made me feel so comfortable at my bridal, taking a million solo photos was super awkward for me but they both made the process so easy and loved the photos! Dani did a wonderful job, Thomas said she was really good at telling the guys where to stand and what to do. I know dealing with a bunch of boys is hard and she killed it! Sydney was also so good and organized! I would be so grateful to work with any of them again for another photo shoot. The sneak peaks were better than I could have imagined.
