One of the great joys of our job is when sweet clients become dear friends and we get to walk with them through all different stages of life, and help preserve their memories through photos.

We are always honored to be booked for any family sessions, and there’s something extra special about being invited into your homes to shoot them!

Seeing you in your element, with your people (and don’t forget the dog!)…we absolutely love it! We want to help you feel comfortable and also give you shots that allow you to remember every chunky baby roll, each toddler squeal of delight, the well-intended albeit aggressive brotherly love, and those glances you and your love are stealing with each other through it all.

Photos at Home

When Frances called us to come capture her family photo session at her family’s home in Houston, of course we were all in…especially knowing there was plenty of sweet baby and toddler time waiting for us, in addition to these amazing clients who have been with us since their wedding! To watch their family grow has been such a privilege.

One of the biggest benefits of choosing to do a photo session at home is that it keeps everyone in their element – kiddos can have their toys and snacks, dads and husbands can find a quiet spot to chill between shots, and it really captures your lifestyle beautifully. Don’t wait until the house is perfect, the bathroom is renovated, the ceiling is painted, or you’ve laid 3 pallets of sod (it’s Texas…it’ll die anyway…). Cherish your space and your family as they are now, make your bed or fluff your couch throw pillows, then let us in and we’ll do the rest. I promise you, we can make magic everywhere! Ready?
